Due Diligence
Orion offers a comprehensive suite of services to potential timberland investors both large and small. Orion personnel have been involved in a variety of investment projects.
Prospective purchasers of land often contract to purchase the land subject to "due diligence". A due diligence investigation should form part of any decision to purchase land regardless of vendor warrantees and guarantees. This is often done to ensure that a decision to purchase is a fully informed decision and that there will be no future "surprises". Purchasers of land often do not have the resources available to them to perform due diligence on their own, and Orion provides them with the information they need to make an informed judgment as to whether or not the land is a sound investment.
